Transformation: The UK Comic Guide.

As I suspect many of you will know, for the last 6(!) years I've been covering the original British comic, at a weekly rate issue by issue. looking at every aspect of it in a hopefully (as it was born of me being bored of moaning all the time in my IDW reviews) overall positive way. Along the way, the first two thirds (assuming I make it to the end) have been collected and revised in books and I've made a lot of friends, even chatting with various people involved with the comic.

Next week of course is issue 300, meaning I'll be doing a lot of silly stuff on Twitter (I'm InflatableDalek amazingly enough), plus an Addendum on the great successor to Transformers in the hearts of British kids (and the only other 80's property with similar staying power), the Turtles, by looking at the amazingly badly editied How It All Began video. And there will also be a Very Special announcement on the future of this project after I hit issue 332.

I might be biased (well there's no might about it) but I heartily recommend picking up the printed versions of this. Books 1 and 2 are available to purchase from Stuart.

I've started work on the illustrations for Book 3 already (well organised) and that I am confident saying will be the sexiest book to date.
