I had to vote Wallace and Gromit cheese, so I could honour my father XD (He loved that show to bits).

But really though, my go-to cheese is marbled cheddar. It's yummy. >w< Mozzarella's my second pick, though.

Haloumi should be treated as a meat substitute before it's ever considered a "cheese" to be used as cheeses often are.

*specifically white cheddar because my stupid lizard brain is convinced it tastes better?!? I don't think there's an actual difference except in dye but tell that to my brainnoodles
