My absolute favorite is Tarn from IDW's MTMTE comic series. I can go all day just gushing about him, but since I do that a lot on Twitter, I will spare you guys from that. xD

my first favourite bot was ratchet from when i watched tfp, and reading mtmte has
only made me love him even more. i love all of his sass and wit in the comics, along
with his diehard loyalty and ultimate badassery. he's such a good fucking bot and i love
him with all my heart.

however, reading mtmte also had me quickly develop a strong love for chromedome as
well!! i love that boy with every inch of my heart and he deserves so many good things.
i cried like a baby over rewind; i want chromedome to be loved and happy.

Starscream has been my top favourite for a long time but now Lockdown rivals that spot with him.
There's also Spinister, Whirl, Brainstorm and others. The list is too long

Scorponok from the Marvel comics. Loved him, and his arc. Shockwave from the same. Always had an affinity with Magnus; a leader but not A Leader. Anyone who has seen me play hockey will know what I mean.

Prowl has been my favourite since I was very small and determined that he was the best tasting of all the toys (also, his door-wingies were irresistible to me).
I identify with him quite a bit, despite being a very emotional person. I function on logic, numbers and schedules. I have the brain of a tactician but not the heart. If I had Prowl's job, I'd be crying under all those tables instead of flipping them.

I'm really a Optimus Prime guy, mostly because a couple versions played a big part in my childhood. Also shoutout to Leader Class Cybertron Optimus, that toy fragging rules.
