Re: Any toys anybody's looking forward to?
Welp, after them there Cyberverse reveals I am 100% down for HENCH TANK MEGATRON because hot damn look at this boy: This is everything I could ever want from him and I'm loving the simplified TFA aesthetic they're going for! I'm a bit lukewarm on the majority of Cyberverse (mostly due to a bit of G...

Re: How Do You Read Your Comics?
Plus, by reading it in that weird automatic mode you never know what's around the corner, adding some extra oomph to some dramatic moments. I really hadn't thought about it that way before, but guided mode is definitely a +1 for digital. It also helps for those rare occasions when creators get a li...
Re: #Deskbot
Grabbed a TLK Scorn yesterday as part of some retail therapy. Was not expecting him to be so big, chunky, and FUN. He's got all the qualities of a maybe slightly too large deskbot? Either way, I know where he'll live for a while.

Re: Beast Wars Neo with English Subtitles
I entirely missed that they've done Zone. Been wanting to give that a go for years but never found a good source. Will go hunting now, thanks!

Re: What're we currently playing?
Picked up a bunch of new (okay, two new and a lot of old games. Hooray for bargain bins!) today and the first one up is the PS4 Shadow of the Colossus remake. Hooooooo... This is a wonderful game. So much more than just a graphical overhaul. Well worth picking up if you've already played the PS2 ori...
Re: TFN HYPE
Had a chat with my boss today and she promised me a couple of days off in August for TFN (hooray for third boss being best boss!). SO HYPE!
Is it too early to start composing a hunt-list for the dealer room? It's not, right?

Re: How Do You Read Your Comics?
When I started reading comics, I usually waited so I could import the trades. I got tired of waiting, however, and switched to digital the moment I decided to join the android tablet owner's club. Truth be told, while I don't hate digital comics, I'd much rather keep reading the physical stuff. Call...

Re: Better late than never
Just seeing the NTFA mentioned makes me nostalgic. It's a shame the place slowly lost its userbase and eventually died down... So many hours spent on those boards. Heck, the colours here really remind me of the old NTFA boards. The post-2006 database crash ones before they were redesigned to coincid...

The Swedish army is growing! Soon the forum shall tremble in fear of our viking ancestry.

Re: Beast Wars Neo with English Subtitles
Cool! Neo is a show that has some neat themes that aren't often explored in the franchise. Big Convoy being a reluctant leader who prefers to work alone, independent Cybertron and Destron cells, heralds of Unicron etc. Definitely glad this will give more people a chance to experience the series with...

Re: Toys You Want to 'Catch Up' On!
Basically the majority of the RID01 line.at the moment because a little while ago I rewatched car robots and really enjoyed it. So far I've got optimus prime, t30 skybyte, and gigatron. It's going to be difficult, especially black convoy but I really loved the show and love the designs. Same here. ...

Central Sweden here. An interesting place for anything nerdy in the sense that we love our geeky stuff, but there's almost nowhere to buy or engage with the material.

Re: Favourite Transformer!
There are a lot of them up there, but IDW's Ironfist really takes the #1 spot. He's just a squat Wreckers fanboy who's very passionate about his hobby and who'll happily spend hours gathering and discussing trivia. With a bit of weapons-of-mass-destruction making on the side, of course. What's not t...
Re: TFNation
Absolutely intending to nab myself a ticket and a hotel room this year. I haven't had the opportunity to meet with a lot of peeps these past two years, so I'm starved for fun robot social times. Primarily planning to do Thursday-Monday. Last time I missed out on a lot of the Friday evening stuff tha...

Re: Any toys anybody's looking forward to?
Going to echo the POTP hype. But I'm more hyped for the Studio Series for some reason. There's something about the idea of revisiting old movie designs and giving them a second pass or giving toys to characters who got left out first time around (can anybody say Stinger?). Here's hoping we get a pro...
